Human Resources Manager

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. The role ensures that the organization attracts, develops, and retains a skilled and motivated workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Oversee hiring processes (job postings, interviews, onboarding)
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs
  • Employee Relations
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts
  • Promote a positive workplace culture
  • Performance Management
  • Develop performance appraisal systems
  • Monitor employee performance and provide guidance
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and organize development programs
  • Facilitate leadership and skill-building initiatives
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Manage payroll structure and benefits programs
  • Ensure competitive salary frameworks
  • Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Strategic HR Planning
  • Align HR strategies with organizational goals
  • Support organizational change and development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in HR management, 3–5 years
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Leadership and decision-making
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Organizational and time management
  • Confidentiality and ethical judgment

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
