The Human Resource Manager is responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. The role ensures that the organization attracts, develops, and retains a skilled and motivated workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Oversee hiring processes (job postings, interviews, onboarding)
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in HR management, 3–5 years

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
