Coastline EAP/RISAS, soon to be C3 Wellbeing, is looking for an experienced and people-centered Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll do more than manage HR processes—you’ll help shape a workplace where people feel supported, respected, and able to do their best work.

As our HR Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of HR while also contributing to long-term organizational success. Your work will support employees across their lifecycle and help maintain a positive, compliant, and well-run workplace.
Payroll & Benefits
- Oversee and process bi-weekly payroll, including onboarding new employees into the system
- Manage benefits administration (enrollment, changes, terminations)
- Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and maintain accurate payroll records
- Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions about pay and benefits
Compliance & HR Operations
- Keep HR policies, handbooks, and procedures current and compliant
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws
- Support audits and maintain organized, accurate documentation
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding processes to support a smooth and welcoming employee experience
- Ensure all required documentation and systems setup are completed accurately
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit documentation and coordination
Employee Relations & Performance
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers
- Support performance management, coaching, and development planning
- Lead the annual performance review process with fairness and consistency
HR Administration & Reporting
- Maintain confidential and compliant employee records
- Track HR metrics and provide insights to leadership
- Help develop and communicate workplace policies and practices
Health & Safety
- Support workplace safety initiatives and compliance
- Coordinate workers’ compensation and incident reporting
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
