This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and execute the company’s HR strategies, manage the recruitment process, lead employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. Additional responsibilities include managing performance reviews, developing training programs, fostering a positive workplace culture, and addressing employee concerns effectively.

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
• Expertise in performance management and employee development
• Proficiency in organizational development, change management, and HR strategy
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Previous experience in a managerial HR role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
