Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Payroll/Benefits/Human Resources Manager in the Greater Boston area. This remote role oversees a strong team responsible for accurately finalizing payroll for all company employees billing in approximately 40 states, Canada and the UK. This impressive group continues to thrive and grow, continually adding more clients to its management portfolio. Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive payroll & benefits management experience
• 2+ years of Payroll Department supervisory, multi state, and global payroll experience.
• Exceptional communication and team leadership ability
• 2+ years of recent experience using a UKG Platform
• Knowledge of payroll labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with performance management and employee relations
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Payroll certification is a plus

Base Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 + bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401k w/company match, PTO, and more!
