Human Resources Manager (Policy & People Operations Focus)

Job Description:

Assistoro is looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional to help us strengthen our internal structure, implement effective policies, and support our next phase of growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems from the ground up, not just maintaining them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and refine HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines
• Lead recruitment and hiring across multiple departments
• Establish structured onboarding and performance management processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
• Build a strong company culture and employee engagement framework
• Support leadership in organizational planning and workforce strategy
• Identify gaps in current processes and implement improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in HR management, people operations, or organizational development
• Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and hiring frameworks
• Experience building HR processes from scratch or scaling teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work closely with founders and leadership teams
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
