Job Description:
EPOSMATIC is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, policy implementation, and building a strong organizational culture as we continue to scale our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and company procedures.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Oversee payroll coordination, leaves, and employee benefits.
• Design training and development programs for team growth.
• Ensure company compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Support leadership in building a productive and positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of HR management experience (preferably in tech or software companies).
• Strong understanding of recruitment, HR policies, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Experience with HR software or HRMS.
