Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Building 15, Wahdat Rd, Raza Block Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore

Job Type: Full Time, On-site

Office Timing: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (PST)

Working days: From Monday to Saturday

Number of Positions: 01

Salary range: PKR 30,000 – PKR 40,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Reporting to: CEO / Manager HR

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and selection.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Payroll & Attendance
  • Maintain attendance records and leave management system.
  • Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Handle disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies.
  • HR Compliance & Documentation
  • Maintain employee personnel files, contracts, and confidential records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Prepare HR reports for management as required.
  • General HR Operations
  • Assist HR Manager and CEO in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
  • Support training and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. (MBA/HR preferred).
  • Experience: 1.5 – 2.5 years of hands-on HR experience.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRIS/HR software will be an advantage.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
