Human Resources Officer/HR Specialist (Full-Time/Contract)

Location: Arjan, Dubai

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and experienced Human Resources Officer / HR Specialist to support our HR functions and contribute to our growing team in Dubai. You will play a key role in employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, and compliance with UAE labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviews
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration
• Assist with performance management and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and company policies
• Handle employee queries, relations, and HR admin tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Real Estate (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law
• Excellent communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS systems
• Detail-oriented, professional, and team-focused
