Human Resources Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Officer to support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR coordination. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Support leave management and HR administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate interviews, employee communication, and engagement activities.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining compliance.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–1 year of HR or administrative experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
