Human Resources Project Manager

Job Title: HR Project Manager

Location: Remote / Hybrid (as applicable)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead strategic HR initiatives focused on process design, optimization, and standardization across the organization. This role will partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and global teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and employee-focused HR solutions through strong project management and change management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR projects , ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive HR process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives across core HR functions.
  • Assess current processes and develop future-state HR workflows and solutions .
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders .
  • Support change management, implementation, and adoption of new HR processes and initiatives.
  • Partner with HR leadership to ensure alignment between HR strategy and operational execution .

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience with strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
  • 5+ years of experience leading HR projects or transformation initiatives .
  • Proven experience with HR process improvement and operational redesign .
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills .
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations .

Preferred

  • Lean Six Sigma certification .
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Experience supporting HR systems implementations or digital HR initiatives .
