Human Resources Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Post job advertisements on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles (tutors, sales, marketing, operations, and tech).
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
