Human Resources Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
• Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals and company platforms.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, referrals).
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and MS Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in bulk hiring or niche hiring (IT/Non-IT, depending on your industry).
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per year
