Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in CALLING CANDIDATES, SCREENING CANDIDATES, AND SCHEDULING CANDIDATES FOR INTERVIEWS.

Responsibilities

• High energy calling of candidates to screen and schedule interviews.
• IF MAKING PHONE CALLS IS NOT SOMETHING YOU LIKE, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU.
• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and MAKING PHONE CALLS to schedule interviews.
• Making a high volume of outgoing calls and answering inbound calls from candidates.
• Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Skills

• Excellent phone skills calling potential candidates to screen and schedule interviews.
• You enjoy talking to people and know how to make a good impression over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent Excel and Word skills.
• Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
