Job Description – HR Recruiter / HR Associate

Position Title: HR Recruiter / HR Associate
Reports To: HR Manager / CFO
Role Objective
To support the HR function with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, and onboarding, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent across functions (especially R&D and Operations). The role will also assist in day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across departments.
- Work on sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor partners.
- Conduct initial screening calls, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update a candidate pipeline and talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers (especially R&D and Operations) to understand role requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
2. Screening & Candidate Evaluation
- Perform resume screening and telephonic/video interviews.
- Assess candidates on culture fit, communication, technical basics (as per role).
- Ensure proper documentation and background checks before onboarding.
- Coordinate feedback between candidates and interview panels.
3. Onboarding & HR Operations Support
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support induction programs for new joiners.
- Assist in managing employee exits, documentation, and HRMIS updates.
4. Employer Branding & Hiring Support
- Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and job portals.
- Assist in creating job descriptions, hiring posts, and recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate campus hiring, walk-ins, or recruitment drives when required.
5. HR Process & Compliance Support
- Assist the HR Manager in policy implementation and SOP documentation.
- Support compliance-related documentation and audits as needed.
- Help with engagement activities and internal HR communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
- 3–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations
- Strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment & screening
- Experience hiring for technical / R&D / pharma / operations roles is a plus
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable using job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS/HRMIS systems
- Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 per year
