Human Resources Representative

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi (Preference for residents of Bahria, DHA, or nearby areas)

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Representative at Sequel Technologies in Rawalpindi. The HR rep will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. They will also coordinate with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment process effectively to ensure the company attracts top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation sessions, and maintaining employee records.
• Help manage HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and policy acknowledgements.
• Maintain and update HR databases to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and internal events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Provide general HR administrative support to the HR manager and wider team.
• Take on additional tasks as instructed by the manager

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or an administrative role (internship experience counts).
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and employment legislation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS tools is a plus.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
