Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, solid knowledge of ERP systems, and the ability to generate accurate HR reports.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage attendance and absence records on the ERP system and ensure accuracy before payroll processing.
  • Review and update salary effects (deductions, penalties, overtime, incentives, etc.) on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure all HR transactions are reflected correctly.
  • Maintain updated manpower planning and monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, penalties, etc.).
  • Conduct new employee orientation and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Handle employee relations including contracts, renewals, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate with finance and other departments for payroll and HR-related documentation.
  • Analyze exit interviews and provide insights on turnover trends.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documents, letters, and certificates.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong experience using ERP systems (HR modules preferred).
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Good analytical and numerical skills ; ability to prepare and interpret HR reports.
  • 1 - 3 years of HR experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
