Job Purpose:
As a
Human Resources Specialist at Acuative
, you will play a key role in supporting and implementing a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding, employee support, government compliance, and process improvement. Your efforts will ensure a compliant, efficient, and people-focused work environment that aligns with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Onboarding:
-
Create employee files.
-
Collect and verify required documents from new hires.
-
Prepare employment contracts and ensure documentation through the “Qiwa” platform.
-
Assist new hires with activation of accounts on government HR platforms.
-
Conduct induction and orientation sessions on company policies and HR procedures.
-
Support the registration of employees with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) when required.
-
Ensure all required documentation and registrations are completed for new hires.
-
Follow up on recruitment and onboarding procedures for employees coming from abroad.

Offboarding:
-
Oversee the completion of clearance procedures (final salary, vacations, notice period, and return of company assets).
-
Remove leavers’ records from Qiwa & GOSI.
-
Ensure Iqama transfer or issuance of final exit visas.
-
Coordinate with banks if the departing employee has outstanding loans.
-
Employee Support
:
-
Assist employees with bank requirements and loan applications.
-
Prepare official letters for banks (salary certificates, data updates, etc.).
-
Respond to employee inquiries regarding Iqama renewal, visas, and other HR-related issues.
-
Provide employee information to the operations team (e.g., salaries, hire dates) when required.

Manage end-to-end processes for Iqama issuance and renewal.
-
Communicate with employees regarding dependent fees, traffic violations, and renewal of professional memberships (e.g., SCE).

Government and Regulatory Compliance
:
-
Manage all HR tasks related to government entities (MHRSD, Qiwa, GOSI, and other relevant platforms).

Add or remove employees from the Qiwa & GOSI.
-
Update employee salary data in Qiwa & GOSI.
-
Register Saudi employees in the “Taqat” program and monitor funding details and invoices.

Travel and Accommodation
:
-
Arrange flights and hotel reservations for new joiners.
-
Organize travel arrangements for departing employees.
-
Strategic Initiatives and Process Improvement:
-
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify potential issues.
-
Collaborate with management to develop and improve HR processes to support company success.
-
Provide support in recruitment activities when required (receiving requests, CV screening, assisting in interviews).
Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.

Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR-related government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Taqat).

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
-
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.
