This role is responsible for overseeing all HR functions in HASE, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, Saudization compliance, compensation & benefits, and training & development, ensuring alignment with Saudi labor law and the company’s global HR strategy.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in compliance with Saudi labor laws and company standards.
  2. Liaise with government bodies to ensure HR practices comply with Saudi regulations (GOSI, MHRSD, etc.)
  3. Support HQ and MEA regional management in organizational restructuring and culture-building initiatives.
  4. Lead recruitment and workforce planning to achieve Saudization targets.
  5. Manage performance appraisal systems to improve organizational performance and engagement.
  6. Oversee compensation & benefits design, budgeting, and cost control.
  7. Foster positive employee relations and handle labor disputes and compliance matters.
  8. Develop and implement employee training and development programs to build talent pipelines.


Requirements:

  1. Education:Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience:Minimum 2 years of HR management experience in appliances, electronics or other related industries
  3. Language:Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandarin is a plus).
  4. Skills:Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, Iqama processes, and Saudization policies.
  5. Attributes:Excellent communication, resilience, and cross-cultural management skills.
