About the Job:
To support the HR Manager in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment coordination, attendance, and compliance with company policies, ensuring smooth HR processes across the workforce.
Salary: 3000 - 4000 AED
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily HR operational tasks, including employee records, files, and HR documentation.
- Maintain and update employee data (personal files, contracts, attendance, leaves).
- Support payroll preparation by coordinating attendance, overtime, leaves, and deductions.
- Monitor daily attendance, timekeeping, and biometric records.
- Follow up on absences, late arrivals, and violations, and prepare related reports.
- Assist in issuing warnings, notices, and disciplinary letters as per company policy.
- Coordinate recruitment activities (CV screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups).
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
- Assist with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers when required.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Assist in handling employee issues, complaints, and grievances.
- Support HR Manager in maintaining workplace discipline and compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Coordinate with departments (Operations, Finance, Safety) on HR matters.
- Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR role In UAE (HR Coordinator / HR Specialist).
- Experience in industrial, construction, or project-based environments is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, attendance systems, and basic labor law.
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi / Urdu / Sinhala is a plus).
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, HR systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a diverse workforce.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
