Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support and enhance HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HR systems.
  • Assist in employee relations matters, addressing queries and supporting conflict resolution.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Assist with payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives such as employee engagement, training, and development programs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR Specialist or generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, processes, and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
