Role Summary

Join our team as an HR Specialist responsible for end‑to‑end HR operations, including payroll management, employee lifecycle administration, and compliance. The role supports organisation design, leads talent acquisition and onboarding, oversees learning and development, facilitates performance management, manages employee relations, and drives employee engagement initiatives, while ensuring adherence to labour laws, company policies, and contributing to health, safety, and people‑related risk management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enable business‑aligned organisation design by leveraging workforce analytics, role clarity, and capability mapping across the BU.
  • Drive end‑to‑end talent acquisition using data‑driven hiring, market intelligence, and modern sourcing strategies to attract high‑impact talent.
  • Design and optimise the onboarding experience, ensuring smooth assimilation, early productivity, and cultural alignment through structured onboarding journeys.
  • Track, analyse, and report on learning and development outcomes, linking capability building to business performance and future skill needs.
  • Facilitate performance management cycles, providing insights, progress reporting, and enablement to support continuous performance and growth conversations.
  • Proactively manage employee relations, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution of people matters with a strong focus on trust and compliance.
  • Design, execute, and measure employee engagement initiatives, using feedback, pulse surveys, and data insights to drive engagement and retention.
  • Ensure governance, policy adherence, and compliance, translating policies into practical, employee‑friendly practices within the BU.
  • Lead people and risk management initiatives, identifying workforce risks early and partnering with leadership on mitigation strategies.
  • Champion health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, embedding a culture of wellbeing, safety, and accountability.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • SHRM, CIPD or equivalent (advantageous)


Knowledge

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Qatar labour laws
  • Language proficiency: English (fluent); Hindi and Arabic (advantageous)


Technical Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint required; Excel preferred)
  • Digitally savvy, with the ability and willingness to learn, test, and adopt new tools quickly
  • Exposure to or interest in AI-enabled productivity tools
  • Align HR priorities with business goals
  • Promotes positive and inclusive culture
  • Maintain integrity and professionalism in HR operations, consistently upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Supports transformation and continuous improvement
  • HR analytics for decision-making
  • Builds trust through clarity and openness
  • Ability to apply analytical skills using digital tools to analyze information and present actionable insights


Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a multinational firm
