Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and eager HVAC Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and advance your career in the HVAC industry. As an apprentice, you will work closely with experienced technicians to learn the ins and outs of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Participate in hands-on training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest HVAC technology and industry practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical skills and a strong interest in HVAC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• EPA Type II (Preferred)
