HVAC Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians based on skill set, availability, and customer requirements
• Monitor job progress and make real-time adjustments to ensure schedule accuracy
• Provide customers with updates, estimated arrival times, and follow-up communication
• Support field technicians by relaying job-related information and ensuring proper documentation
• Maintain accurate records within the dispatching system
• Collaborate closely with customer service, service managers, and field teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in dispatching or scheduling
• Experience with ServiceTitan and/or ProBook is strongly preferred
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork mindset
