HVAC Engineer

A well-established technical contracting company in the UAE is seeking a qualified HVAC Project Engineer to manage and execute Air conditioning projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with the Clients & Consultants to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Study client requirements and prepare scope statements, proposals, and technical documentation
• Review of drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
• Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned HVAC projects.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance, Safety compliance, etc.) and report regularly on project status to the management.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the Project Team and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor the Project Team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate and execute HVAC engineering projects
• Manage procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control of projects
• Perform overall quality control and report project status to management
• Site supervision and coordination with clients and consultants
• Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project teams
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in HVAC project execution in UAE as a Project Engineer in a Medium / Small Contracting Company.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/mechanical systems and industry standards
• Ability to manage site teams and multiple projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
