HVAC Engineer (Freelancer)

URGENT HIRING | HVAC ENGINEER (Freelancer Only)

Location: Doha, Qatar

Working Hours: 8 + 1 Hours / Day

Weekly Off: Yes

Salary: QAR 7,000 (Fixed – No FAT)

Key Requirements & Experience

District Cooling Plant Experience:

Minimum 5 years handling operational teams with strong expertise in diagnosis & troubleshooting of water-cooled chiller plants (≥10,000 TR)

Data Center & Precision Cooling:

At least 5 years experience with CRAC / Precision A/C and Data Center Cooling Systems

Team Leadership:

Proven experience managing HVAC teams of 50+ members

Project Exposure:

Planning, execution, and operation of HVAC systems for educational, commercial, and residential properties

Operations Management:

Hands-on experience in day-to-day HVAC operations, maintenance, and equipment handling

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership & decision-making

Negotiation & problem-solving mindset

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent client, vendor & third-party coordination skills

Technical & Design Expertise

HVAC system design, analysis, and optimization

Energy studies & system layouts

Installation supervision & commissioning

Compliance with energy codes and regulations

Software Knowledge:

AutoCAD, Revit

HVAC Energy Modeling (Trane TRACE, Carrier HAP, etc.)

Qualifications:-

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Certifications (Preferred):

Professional Engineer (PE)

LEED Certification

Strong knowledge of Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics & Heat Transfer
