HVAC Package Sales Engineer (Oil and Gas)

Job Title: HVAC Package Sales Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Department: Sales / Business Development
Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Package Sales Engineer to drive sales of packaged HVAC solutions for Oil & Gas and industrial projects. The role involves technical sales, client relationship management, and coordination with EPC contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure sales opportunities for HVAC packages (AHUs, Chillers, VRF systems, Ventilation, etc.)
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and international standards
  • Maintain and grow relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and end-users
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth handover post-order
  • Analyze market trends and submit periodic sales forecasts and reports

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years in HVAC package sales, preferably in Oil & Gas
  • Experience with EPC contractors and major clients (ADNOC, QatarEnergy, etc.)
  • Strong technical, commercial, and negotiation skills

Skills:

  • Client management, presentation, and negotiation
  • Tendering, cost estimation, and contract review
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
