We are urgently hiring experienced Service Mechanics and Install Technicians to support an upcoming commercial property installation and ongoing residential projects. Job Requirements:

• Documented experience in residential and commercial HVAC service.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of advanced heating and cooling system principles.
• EPA Certification required.
• Personal hand tools required.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and high-quality work.
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to continue HVAC education.
• Ability to navigate software to account for work hours and jobs performed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial properties, ensuring compliance with EPA regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot various HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret schematics and HVAC design plans for accurate installations.
• Provide exceptional customer service while effectively communicating with clients.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and safely transport tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and uphold high-quality standards.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Occasionally required to lift or move items weighing up to 100 pounds with assistance or appropriate lifting devices.

Schedule: Full-time | 40+ hours per week | Monday – Friday | Weekends as needed

Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour
