HVAC Service Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.

Duties
- Designing HVAC systems for optimal performance
- Conducting property maintenance to ensure HVAC systems are running efficiently
- Boiling, welding, and building components as needed
- Reading and interpreting schematics to troubleshoot HVAC systems
- Driving a van to various job sites
- Refrigerant handling and management
- Operating an ohmmeter to test electrical circuits

Skills
- Proficiency in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair
- Experience with designing HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately
- Welding and building skills for HVAC components
- Familiarity with refrigerant handling procedures
- Competency in operating an ohmmeter for electrical testing
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
