The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of indoor and outdoor systems to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of office buildings throughout the year. Key responsibilities include unit installation, restoration, repair and maintenance, as well as working with compressors, PCBs, motors, adaptor, furnaces, thermostats etc, along with diagnosing and resolving system control issues. The candidate should have strong technical expertise and be familiar with chilled water systems, Fan Coil Units (FCU), Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) systems, ducted split units, FAHUs, and package units.

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.

• Diagnosing electrical, control and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

• Troubleshooting issues with a current system as they are identified.

• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.

• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.

• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

• Categorizing and organizing inventory to limit unnecessary losses to the company.

• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.

• Conducting performance tests with specialized tools and adjusting system settings.

• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and clients' requirements.

• Assisting with client queries.

• Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management.
