Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee HVAC maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in HVAC Engineering or equivalent and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to supervise HVAC maintenance activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily HVAC maintenance operations.
• Ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently.
• Lead and mentor HVAC technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor HVAC system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, reports, and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support mobilization activities by preparing teams, resources, and schedules.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in HVAC Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HVAC maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems and MS Office applications.
• Experience in facilities management or large-scale projects within the GCC region.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices for HVAC systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and supervise teams effectively under pressure.
