Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HVAC Supervisor to lead and coordinate the daily operations of our HVAC maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in mechanical systems, excellent leadership abilities, and the capability to ensure safe, high‑quality execution of HVAC activities across commercial, industrial, and FM environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and manage the daily tasks of HVAC technicians.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair a wide range of mechanical systems, including:
• Chillers
• FCUs & FAHUs
• Split & Window AC units
• AHUs
• VRF Systems
• Pumps
• Package Units
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Provide training, technical guidance, and continuous support to team members.
• Monitor work progress, prepare reports, and update the Project Manager on daily activities.
• Resolve technical issues and support technicians during critical or emergency situations.
• Maintain strong foundational knowledge of MEP systems to ensure seamless site operations and effective handling during shift transitions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and supervision.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems within commercial, industrial, and FM environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues efficiently.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
