Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities include:

· Maintaining, servicing HVAC/R equipment, including Roof Top Units, split systems, etc.

· Includes Preventative Maintenance, on demand repairs, troubleshooting and new unit installations

Qualifications required:

· Min. 1 year experience

· EPA Type II (Required)

· Clean driving record (points based system over last 3 years)

· Strong mechanical aptitude

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Computer skills including ability to collect and record data

· Outstanding ability to interact positively with Customers and Co-workers

· Able to meet the physical demands of the position including climbing a ladder and carrying heavy materials

· Passion for the Trade and a service excellence approach

· Ability to work independently

· Dedication to continuous improvement in quality, communication and to building long-term relationships
