HVAC Technician

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced HVAC Technician to join our facility maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across commercial, residential, or industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), split units, and duct systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment including motors, compressors, valves, thermostats, and electrical components.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and recommend repair solutions.
• Install new HVAC units, ductwork, and ventilation systems when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records and service reports.
• Follow safety standards and facility maintenance procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance within facility management or MEP services.
• Education: Diploma/ITI/Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of refrigerants, brazing, and electrical diagnostics.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Preference: Candidates currently in Qatar/GCC with NOC or transferable visa are preferred.
