We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified IT professionals while meeting monthly hiring targets and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle — from understanding requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Evaluate technical and interpersonal skills to ensure an ideal fit for client needs.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure timely closures.
- Achieve a minimum target of 2 joiners per month.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, hiring data, and performance metrics.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and job roles.
- Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring target
Additional Requirements:
- Notice Period: Must be able to join within 30 days (LWD within 30 days).
- Compensation Structure: Willing to accept 70% base + 30% PLI + commissions.
- Location: Bangalore-based and open to visiting the client office twice a week.
- Proofs Required: Must provide current salary proof and proof of commissions earned based on past achievements.
- References: Must submit two reference letters from previous employers or clients.
