Job Title: I&C Supervisor

Location: Project Site – Tharparkar, Sindh
Reports to: Project Manager

Job Purpose

The I&C Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising electrical and instrumentation (E&I) project activities, including HV/LV switchgears, diesel generators, PLCs, SCADA, fire detection systems, conveyors, silo instrumentation, grounding, CCTV, and lighting systems. The role ensures safe, timely, and quality execution of E&I works in alignment with project specifications, international standards, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise execution of E&I installations in compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and calibration of instruments, control systems, and electrical equipment.
• Review QA/QC documentation and verify compliance with IEC, NEC, and project standards.
• Enforce safety practices (PPE use, permits, confined space, hot work, and lifting operations).
• Maintain site records, inspection reports, and prepare progress and commissioning documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, mechanical, civil, and HSE teams as well as contractors for smooth project execution.
• Provide technical support during commissioning and act as first responder during breakdowns.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong technical expertise in HV/LV systems, PLCs, SCADA, and field instrumentation.
• Skilled in electrical testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and QA/QC verification.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, P&IDs, datasheets, and apply safety/IEC/NEC standards.
• Hands-on knowledge of conveyor instrumentation and hazardous zone installations.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and reporting/documentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: DAE / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics (BE preferred).
• Experience: 5–10 years in E&I project execution within industrial or power projects.
• Preferred: Knowledge of IEC, NEC, and global E&I standards.
• Certifications: Safety training, PLC/SCADA, or instrumentation certifications will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
