  • Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and implement sustainable and energy-efficient manufacturing practices.
  • Develop and innovate ice cream formulations — focusing on superior flavor, texture, and stability tailored for both local and export markets.
  • Conduct pilot plant trials and scale up successful recipes to full production, ensuring consistency and product excellence.
  • Collaborate with R&D, quality, marketing, and sales teams to translate consumer insights into market-ready ice cream products.
  • Perform sensory evaluations using structured testing to assess flavor, mouthfeel, and consumer appeal.
  • Research and evaluate new ingredients, stabilizers, and emulsifiers, ensuring compliance with international food standards and enhancing shelf life.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production challenges, identify root causes, and implement continuous improvement measures to minimize waste and downtime.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to production and quality teams, fostering a culture of innovation, hygiene, and operational excellence.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for formulations, process parameters, and testing results, ensuring full traceability and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay updated on global ice cream trends and technologies, bringing new concepts and sustainable solutions to the Dairy Classic product portfolio.
