IG and Youtube Videographer For A Fast-Growing, Impact-Driven Entrepreneur

Do you have deep knowledge of video creation, Youtube video marketing, Instagram marketing, and documentary/vlog style content?
Do you get excited about creating emotion-driven video content on social media platforms that inspires others?

My name is Richard, I’m the founder/CEO of Impact Clients, and right now we are pacing to grow from 8-figure/year to a 9-figure company by 2030, and we are looking for a full time, in-house videographer to help film with Richard and build our media company on Instagram and Youtube (and soon to be FB, Tiktok, Linkedin, and other platforms), and help us grow to 5M followers by the end of 2026 (current 1.5M followers across all platforms).

Shooting (in person required) for all social platforms video and photo based is your main responsibility. These include:

• Short form: Instagram
• Long form: Youtube channel

On a typical day you will be working directly with our founder/CEO (me, Richard) to produce content like this:

This role also comes with the opportunity to travel the world (Puerto Rico, Madrid Spain, Dubai,) are a few common places I visit every year) as when I take trips, speaking engagements, and even vacations, you’ll get to come along as this is all necessary content to document for the Youtube channel, Instagram, Tiktok, etc. (this is not mandatory, but preferred).

The ultimate goal is for you to work with our channel to help us build a large personal brand media company to spread business education content and high performance content that inspires people to build their own online businesses and create a life of freedom that they've always dreamed of.

All with the intention of building a 9-figure online education empire and become a leading personal brand in the English market.

The one part that separates us from all other influencers, is that I (Richard) want to use my platforms to NOT just grow a brand, but to build God's kingdom by promoting positive Christian principles as well.

Millions of young people see me as a role model/mentor, and we want to steward this privilege with much responsibility to truly inspire and serve a young generation of up and coming entrepreneurs.

If in the future you have a desire to grow into a leader, such as leading a team of editors, copywriters, as we as collaborate with our entire marketing team, there is no limit to your growth

Keep in mind that if you just want to continue as a shooter (not grow into executive/leader), that is also fine too - we're hiring both kinds of talent.

• Attend meetings on Monday and Thursday with the IG and YT team, to get feedback from editors and the Head of IG and YT on how to improve quality of video captured.
• Availability on slack and messaging platforms for daily communication with our team.

If you are a Junior Videographer: $3-5K USD/month, with further growth and bonuses as well depending on performance.

If you are a Senior Videographer: $6-8K USD/month, with further growth and bonuses as well depending on performance.
