About the Role:
We are hiring a Field Sales Officer in Durgapur to drive sales growth through direct customer interaction. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, and achieving monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet potential customers and explain product offerings.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Report daily field activities to the manager.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate (mandatory).
• 2+ years of sales/field sales experience (BFSI/Insurance preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Willingness to travel locally.
