Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

As an Implementation Specialist at ECI Software Solutions, you will be a key contributor in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for our NET1 customers. In this client-facing role, you will combine your technical expertise, project coordination skills, and customer service mindset to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of add-on products and integrations. Your work directly influences customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep product knowledge of NET1 and partner ecosystems.
• Lead the implementation of add-on solutions and third-party integrations for both new and existing customers.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to support client satisfaction and retention.
• Validate connectivity and proper usage of installed add-ons and integrations post-implementation.
• Collaborate with technical support to resolve integration-related issues.
• Deliver live, remote training sessions (individual or group) via Microsoft Teams
• Act as a liaison with Sales to communicate customer implementation progress and outcomes.
• Manage multiple implementations and customer accounts simultaneously.
• Assist in supporting the full NET1 customer base as needed.
• Contribute to the development of best practice documentation in collaboration with the Documentation team.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in implementation within the payments industry (preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt training delivery to diverse audiences.
• Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and time management capabilities.
