Import Assistant – Supply Chain

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Import Assistant to join our Supply Chain Department. The candidate will handle import documentation, coordinate with suppliers and shipping agents, and ensure smooth delivery of materials and equipment for our HVAC and AC trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
  • Track and follow up on shipments until delivery to warehouse.
  • Maintain proper records of all import activities.
  • Support supply chain team in procurement and logistics operations.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in import/export or logistics (preferably in HVAC or trading companies).

Salary:
To be discussed based on experience.Prepare and update shipment status reports.

  • Knowledge of LC, import documentation, and customs clearance in UAE.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Must be currently based in UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
