Import Clearance Specialist – Pet Food & Pet Supplies

Job Responsibilities

• Handle import documentation and customs clearance of pet food and pet supplies (toys, beds, feeders, grooming tools, shampoos)
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and clearance agents
• Prepare required documents: Invoice, Packing List, COO, COA, Health Certificate, test reports, labels
• Ensure compliance with MOCCAE (for food) and ESMA/ECAS (for non-food)
• Assign correct HS codes and manage customs/VAT matters
• Follow up with clearance agents on rejected or delayed shipments
• Keep document records for all imported SKUs

Requirements

• At least 2 years of UAE import experience, preferably in pet products
• Good knowledge of UAE import compliance: MOCCAE, Dubai Municipality, ESMA, ECAS
• Familiar with Amazon/Noon listing requirements for pet products
• Able to work closely with customs agents and freight forwarders
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Familiarity with the customs clearance process for:
• Pet toys
• Pet beds/cushions
• Pet feeding bowls
• Grooming tools and shampoos

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
