Key Responsibilities
- certificates of origin, insurance certificates, and other required documents.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and government authorities to ensure smooth customs clearance.Manage the complete import process from purchase order confirmation to final delivery.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers regarding shipment schedules, documentation, and dispatch status.
- Prepare, review, and verify import documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading,
- Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in import operations, logistics, or international trade.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Knowledge of customs procedures, international shipping, and import documentation.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, HS Codes, and international trade regulations.
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
