Import Export Executive

India

  • Prepare and manage import/export documents such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export laws, and import restrictions.
  • Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents) and freight forwarders for clearance.
  • Arrange and track international shipments by sea, air, or land.
  • Negotiate freight rates and ensure timely booking of cargo.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and update clients/customers on delivery status.
  • Coordinate with overseas suppliers, buyers, and agents regarding orders and shipments.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
  • Act as the point of contact between the company and international customers.
  • Coordinate with banks for LC (Letter of Credit), remittances, and export incentives.
  • Verify accuracy of financial documents related to shipments.
  • Ensure timely payment follow-ups with international buyers.
  • Work closely with accounts, logistics, and production teams to align supply chain operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all import-export transactions.
  • Support management in preparing reports and MIS related to shipments and trade.
  • Stay updated with changes in import-export policies, EXIM laws, and international trade trends.
  • Provide insights on cost-saving opportunities and logistics efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
