Export Planning - Maintaining shipment status and planning shipment, co-ordinate with Internal team/ factories in time and handover to EXIM department

  • Plan and manage end-to-end export and import operations for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with global health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate export planning, including order scheduling, product availability checks, and documentation timelines.
  • Prepare and verify pre- and post-shipment documentation such as invoices, packing lists, CoA (Certificate of Analysis), COO (Certificate of Origin), MSDS, and other pharma-specific documents.
  • Ensure strict compliance with DGFT, CDSCO, WHO-GMP, USFDA, EU-GMP, and other regulatory bodies related to pharma exports/imports.
  • Handle cold chain logistics, if applicable, ensuring product integrity during transit.
  • Liaise with CHA (Customs House Agents), freight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents, and regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, regulatory affairs, and production teams for product release and shipment scheduling.
  • Monitor shipment tracking, customs clearance, and manage any delays or discrepancies proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipments, licenses, permits, and trade data for audits and reporting.
  • Stay updated on changes in international pharma trade regulations and export incentives (e.g., MEIS, RoDTEP).
  • Support import activities, including sourcing of raw materials/APIs and ensuring timely clearance and delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
