Import Export Executive - Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and well-organized Communication Officer to manage business correspondence and support coordination with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in banking trade or import/export operations and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle email correspondence with clients, banks, and internal departments in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders regarding trade documentation, import/export processes, and banking matters.
  • Maintain and update records using Excel sheets for tracking transactions, communications, and reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all communications and documentation.
  • Support daily operational communication and follow-ups with relevant parties.
  • Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and documentation as required.
  • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping for audit and reference purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in banking trade, import/export, or related operations is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and basic MS Office tools.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per hour
