Import Export Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import and export operations for raw materials, fabrics, and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT guidelines, EXIM policies, and international trade laws.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, LC documents, and Bill of Lading.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), transporters, and shipping lines.
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics providers to optimize cost and timelines.
• Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, clearance, or documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all import-export transactions and prepare MIS reports for management.
• Stay updated on changes in duty structure, GST, and global trade regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and suppliers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
