Import Pricing Executive

The Import Pricing Executive is responsible for managing and preparing accurate and competitive import freight quotations for ocean, air, and land transport modes. The role involves coordination with overseas agents and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective pricing solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive and analyze import inquiries from the sales team
• Coordinate with overseas agents to obtain best possible rates and schedules.
• Prepare competitive pricing proposals and ensure timely submission to sales team.
• Follow up on sent quotations and support sales team in converting them into confirmed bookings.
• Monitor market trends, carrier updates, and changes in rates to keep pricing competitive.
