In-Charge – Warehouse (Pharmaceuticals)

Job Role:

The In-Charge Warehouse will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, compliance with regulatory requirements cGMP). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational ability, and hands-on experience working with SAP warehouse modules.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Supervise receiving, storing and dispatching of products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Production, and Logistics teams.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on stock status, movements, and discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8–10 years of experience in warehouse management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong experience using SAP for inventory and warehouse control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
