Allied Air Services is hiring a Residential HVAC Sales Consultant / Comfort Advisor to run in-home sales appointments, support business development efforts, and help homeowners choose the right comfort solutions.
This is NOT a typical sales role.
We are looking for a high-performing sales professional who wants to grow into a Sales Manager / VP of Sales role while also contributing to the growth of the company through business development and market expansion.
Responsibilities:
Ramp-Up Phase
- Run in-home HVAC sales appointments
- Perform HVAC maintenance visits
- Assist with service calls
- Support customer service needs
Business Development Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market
Build relationships with:
- Builders and general contractors
- Property managers
- Realtors and local business owners
- Generate referral and repeat business opportunities
- Support company growth through networking and community involvement
- Assist in developing partnerships that drive lead flow
(This ensures consistent income while building your sales pipeline)
Compensation & Pay Structure
- $100,000–$200,000+ annual income potential
- Up to $2,000/week base (first 4 weeks) + commission
- Transition to $1,000/week base + commission
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential
- System replacements – 7%
- IAQ products – up to 10%
- Commission paid on collected revenue
Growth Opportunity – Leadership Track
This role is designed to grow into: Sales Manager / VP of Sales
You will:
- Help build sales processes and systems
- Train and mentor future comfort advisors
- Lead sales meetings and performance tracking
- Assist in hiring and developing a sales team
- Drive department revenue and company growth
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (in-home sales preferred)
- HVAC experience
- Strong closing ability and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to network and develop business relationships
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Backgrounds
- HVAC sales / Comfort Advisor
- High-ticket commission sales
- Business development and sales experience

Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
