🗓️ Start Date: April 6th 2026. Your first 2 weeks are training.

🌈 What You'll Do

• 📞 Answer inbound calls and be the friendly, positive voice customers look forward to hearing.
• 🛠️ Troubleshoot tech issues, helping callers with basic equipment navigation and opening support tickets.
• 📅 Schedule appointments at designated locations.
• 📝 Document calls thoroughly, including questions, complaints, and resolutions.
• 🔄 Make follow‑up calls to keep customers informed.
• 😀 Deliver friendly, fast, professional service every time.
  
  

🧩 What You Need

• 🏠 Remote‑ready setup: Reliable high-speed internet, ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues, and a private workspace.
• 💻 Equipment: Computer and monitor provided by DVS, and USB‑wired headset provided by you.
• 🎓 Education: High school diploma or GED required; advanced education a plus.
• 🔍 Credentialing: Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process.
• 💬 Communication skills: Clear, confident, and able to build rapport quickly.
• ⏰ Schedule: Training 9:00a - 4:30p - . Regular M-F 9:30a - 6:00p & Sat 8:00a - 12:00p Eastern Standard Time
• 🌟 Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus!
